These meals do not contain the vitamins and minerals that you need.

To keep your temperature within acceptable limits you must do the following; refrain from soaking in hot tubs and bathing in hot showers, avoid staying under the sun for too long, drink lots of cold fluids, and when you exercise, make sure to work out in a cool environment.
5. If you feel like you need to talk to someone, talk to your friends and family. You do not have to suffer alone.
